Our factory has a complete set of modern equipments, including melting furnace, holding furnace, tilting flame retort, degassing hydrogen system, porous tube filter, hot-top casting system and homogenization oven. It also has 2 sets of 15T furnaces and 2 homogenization ovens (one is 15T and the other is 35T). Advanced testing instruments are also equipped with this process, such as Spectrometer for Chemical Composition Analysis, microscope for metallurgic phase examination, and hydrogen content testing equipment, etc.
