 H755 Ultra Hard Alloy Bars The tensile strength δb of H755 ultra high hard alloy developed by Hoshion is δb700MPa and hardness 200HV. H755 alloy doesnt contain such rare and precious metals as scandium, silver and zirconium which determine itsadvantagesin low cost and common application. The strength of drawing bar made of H755 exceeds SUS303 stainless steel. The density of H755 is 1/3 of stainless steel; therefore, the weight of same part can drop to 1/3 to make with H755 instead of SUS303. H755 completely meets RoHS standard, and is easily recycled compared with stainless steel as the ideal environment protective material which can substitute stainless steel. In some fields, it can benefit the light weight, relieve the pressure to environment, resources and energy source to substitute stainless steel with H755. Composition and Property of the Material The main elements which added at melting process have copper,magnesium and zinc.It is shown after X-ray diffraction analysis,meltallic composition of alloy is mainly aluminum-based solution and MgZn2.
