| M034 Alloy with Good High Temperature Creep Property |
|
As an alloy with good high temperature creep property developed by us,M034 is mainly composed of Cu,Mn and Mg(see the chemical composition list for contents)and may be extruded as porthole without intensiflcation by heat treatment,lt is especially suitablefor usage in the environment requiring high strength at high temperature.
At present the heating rollers used in typical printers and duplicators are made of 5052# or5056#seamless pipe.As a result of their insufficient high-temperature strength and a operating a dupllcator. however. we almost need not to wait any more after startup when M034 alloy is used for heating roller with a wall thickness as low as 0.5mm.
See the table below for the specifications of M034 vs relevant materials:

2.69 | Condition for testing mechanical properties:perfomed after 400℃-1H-200℃-100H. ○--Excellent ○--Good △--Moderate ×--poot The tensile strengths in M034-0 and 5056-0 states change by temperature as showr in the following curve chart.

It shows that the strength of M034 nearly does not deteriorate from room temperature to 200℃ while that of 5056# declines sharply above 100℃. |
